Jesus said DO THIS IN REMEMBRANCE OF ME… And is it So with You?
Disclaimer: This is obviously NOT a salvation issue, but rather a significant discipleship, sanctification and ultimately a reward and our position with Christ at the BEMA Seat and our reign with him as Kings and Priests. See Links below for additional studies. Also read 2 Timothy 2:12, Revelation 1:6, 5:10, 12:5, 20:6, 19:7-9. 1 Corinthians 3:11-17, 6:3-5. KJB. For the Hyper-Dispensationalist who think Jesus’ command was only for the Kingdom Gospel, think again since Paul repeated this command in his Epistle to the Corinthians. For those Hyper-Grace who believe we are not saddled with rituals, think again, this is a command for this dispensation as clearly laid out by Paul which harmonizes with the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Note: John did not detail the Last Supper, but he clearly lays out the tenants in John chapter 6, see notes below in how it was hard for the disciples to understand eating the flesh of Jesus and drinking his Blood is NOT literal but SPIRITUAL. The carnal mind does not perceive the spiritual things. 1 Corinthians 2:14 KJB. For the Hyper-Dispensationalists who teach the Church is not in prophecy of the Book of Revelation including the Bride of Christ, your day of answering Jesus Christ awaits. For those who say the word communion is catholic, you’re ignorant, read 1 Corinthians 10:16 KJB where Paul uses the word for the memorial of partaking in remembrance of body and blood of Jesus Christ.
Note: Partaking of communion does not have to be a big complex ritual of drinking wine or grape juice or certain crackers. The CUP can be a liquid even water if you don’t have grape juice. Any type of cracker or even bread (don’t get religious about leaven or unleavened), you’re not Jewish. I recommend reading 1 Corinthians 11:11-31, searching and praying the Lord to search your heart of any hidden sin, then reading, the verses 23 through 27. Take the bread and the cup. You can also read Matthew 26:26-29 KJB.
Luke 22:19
“And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.”
King James Version (KJV)
Luke 22:20
“Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.”
King James Version (KJV)
1 Corinthians 11:24
“And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.”
King James Version (KJV)
The stark reality of this foreshadowing (indication of (a future event): of the Cup – The Communion and the Wedding Supper of the Lamb
29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.
7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
The spirit of the antichrist along with the spirit of Jezebel rejects and or avoids, downplays the practice of Communion. See my detailed study calling out the heretic hireling Bryan Denlinger for telling his feeble minded followers that the Communion is not essential.

Notes:
26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.
27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.
22 And as they did eat, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and brake it, and gave to them, and said, Take, eat: this is my body.
23 And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them: and they all drank of it.
24 And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.
53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.
58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.
59 These things said he in the synagogue, as he taught in Capernaum.
60 Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it?
61 When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you?
62 What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?
63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
19 Then Pilate therefore took Jesus, and scourged him.
2 And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe,
3 And said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote him with their hands.
4 Pilate therefore went forth again, and saith unto them, Behold, I bring him forth to you, that ye may know that I find no fault in him.
5 Then came Jesus forth, wearing the crown of thorns, and the purple robe. And Pilate saith unto them, Behold the man!
6 When the chief priests therefore and officers saw him, they cried out, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Take ye him, and crucify him: for I find no fault in him.
7 The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God.
8 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more afraid;
9 And went again into the judgment hall, and saith unto Jesus, Whence art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer.
10 Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee?
11 Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.
12 And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release him: but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar’s friend: whosoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar.
13 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.
14 And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King!
15 But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but Caesar.
16 Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led him away.
17 And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha:
18 Where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst.
19 And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was Jesus Of Nazareth The King Of The Jews.
20 This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin.
21 Then said the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Jews; but that he said, I am King of the Jews.
22 Pilate answered, What I have written I have written.
John 20:9
“For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead.”
King James Version (KJV)
John 20:19
“Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.”
King James Version (KJV)
